Childrens Summer Camp Sheet Metal Project Ideas?

My name is Drake, and I am looking for projects using 18 G sheet metal , pencil rod and scrap we have lying around our shop. We generally would buy the metal , and make whatever they wanted. This year the director wants to streamline the camp to save money so she is bugging me to layout projects that use 1 square foot of sheet and a generous amount of pencil rod.

We teachers to the cutting and restrict them to a bench grinder under supervision. And of course, we are using a Mig and arc welder for these projects where only the older ones will be using under supervision.

So far I have a kinetic bird sculpture, piggy bank and end tables but would love some other ideas from people who do small projects regularly.
